Today is the first day after my chemotherapy treatment began. So far it has been going well. Positive things happening. I received a beautiful bouquet of pink roses and lilies, and another pretty flower, that I can't remember the name from my daughter Alicia & Michael, with baby Mickey from Switzerland. Thanks for the lovely delight to a long afternoon. Then friends Maurice & Sharon stopped by with more flowers.
Also had a lovely lunch with one of my long time coworkers today - Keetsie, we go way back, we have known each other from the first year I started working as a medical transcriptionist. Thanks Keetsie, it was nice to get together!
So tonight Don and I will be watching Tron the remake or continued movie from the original. Since I don't know the original movie, it may be interesting to watch it or not....what I do with my hubby for fun! :-) It may be a sleeper!
Outside of feeling a little tired and sleeping most of the afternoon today has been relatively good. Hope that your day is going well too. Just my note today!
